Senior living communities vary in care offered, amenities, pricing, etc. As there is no one-size-fits-all approach, we match each client with the most suitable living situation. We do the research. We make the phone calls. We take the guesswork out of the equation.

Our advice is always unbiased and tailored to each specific circumstance. We are here to be your advocate.

We work tirelessly at building strong relationships with Bucks & Montgomery County senior living communities. These relationships allow us to offer our services at no cost to each client. Once a client establishes residency, we are paid a referral fee from the community.

Initial Consult & Assessment

By phone or in person, we conduct an in-depth assessment of medical needs, social and lifestyles preferences, finances and budget. Using that information, we assist families in utilizing applicable benefit programs and work to prevent loss of assets while determining the best senior living situation for each individual's circumstances.

Selecting a Senior Living Community

Based on the assessment information, we select the appropriate communities from our database. We review these choices with you and schedule tours, check availability and help negotiate costs. We work with each client throughout the process to address any questions and/or concerns.

Why We Do What We Do

We believe that all seniors should be educated on the choices available in senior care. Too often, Jill has seen an individual suddenly faced with needing nursing care. This individual is overwhelmed and feels forced to make a hasty decision into placement which might not be the best fit. Imagine working and saving to enjoy retirement, only to have those savings spent unnecessarily within a few years. It happens frequently and often can be avoided.
